Due to Kashrus reasons and the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept an exchange after you have left the store.
If your purchase falls below the high standard you expect, please return the product to one of our branches within 7 days with the packaging and receipt,
where you will receive a refund as store credit on your loyalty card or replacement product at the discretion of the store manager.
Please allow 5-7 working days for the credit to be added to your account.
Loyalty Card T&C
- Customers will receive 1 point for every £1 spent
- 100 points is valued at £1 to use towards purchases
- Loyalty card is for in-store purchases only
- We will only issue one loyalty card plus 1 key fob per household
- Loyalty cards can be used in any Kosher Deli branch
- Loyalty card points cannot be used to pay for products on special offer
- Points cannot be added from past purchases
